Oury Clark is a highly unusual cross border cross discipline firm. We have a sister firm in the US Oury Law.
We have a large US Headquartered Client base with operations in the UK and are seeking to build and strengthen an ability to do US and UK tax returns in the UK.
We are seeking for someone to lead and drive this Dept.

Responsibilities:

• Build a team that you will manage.
• Provide tax compliance for High-Net-Worth Individuals with both UK and US tax connections.
• Provision of tax advice to both compliance and non-compliance clients on a variety of different issues.
• Preparation of tax returns for US tax resident and non-resident alien individuals, including associated US information filings.
• Preparation of US State Tax Returns for State residents and non-residents.
• Providing advice in respect of the operation of the UK/US Double Tax treaty and the interaction of foreign tax credits.
