Corporate Commercial Qualified Solicitor

Are you an ambitious qualified solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (or have trained in a niche commercial practice)? Then look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Corporate & Commercial team.

You will be given responsibility to manage your own client work but also be part of the Corporate and Commercial team working on a range of matters under two equity partners Simon Walsh and Philippa Sturt.

You will also be part of the larger Oury Clark family which is also full of expert chartered accountants, chartered tax advisors, auditors, recruiters, insolvency practitioners and financial.  They all openly share their knowledge and work closely together to provide intelligent and pragmatic solutions for our clients.  

We are also looking for someone who has an appetite for active involvement in marketing, business development and the ambition to build a career as part of a multidisciplinary firm that helps solve problems for our broad range of clients, from exciting food start-ups to large medical device companies.
