About the Role
Do you have outstanding customer service skills, able to problem solve and worked in an office/ admin environment.
A leading Audiobook Publisher is looking to appoint an Assistant Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be a professional and enthusiastic customer service professional to provide high-quality expert service and support to their new and existing customers, who are public libraries and schools and their users.
Based in their Berkshire office, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this person will be responsible for:
- Providing expert support and service to the company's customers by phone, email and in person via zoom, to answer both technical and non-technical questions about our digital solution and eBook and eAudiobook content.
- Providing high-quality inbox and phone support to BorrowBox users daily
- Following set tasks through from start to completion
- Responding to invoice and financial queries
- Assisting the senior team with ad hoc office duties
- Office administration
The role will require.
- Experience in customer service, client support or account management
- Organisational skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Comfortable with device usage and discussing technology on a daily basis
- Goal orientated, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick-thinking, responsive and keen to learn
- Operationally focused
