Insolvency Administrator
 
The Role
This role offers the successful individual the opportunity to contribute to this department, which is ready to grow significantly. The workload is diverse and will cover the full range of insolvency appointments, being: Bankruptcy, IVAs, MVLs, CVLs, Compulsory Liquidation, CVAs and Administrations.
Varied caseload of both Personal and Corporate Insolvency appointments
Attending to case administration matters from the start of a case to the end,             covering the full range of case duties
Assisting the manager and partner in all insolvency matters
Insolvency Cashiering Negotiations with both creditors and debtors Investigations into Directors Conduct
Working on sales of businesses via Administration
 
The Candidate
1-2 years’ experience in Insolvency with ability to work on corporate insolvency cases, especially MVLs and CVLs
Able to operate IPS, good Word and Excel skills.
CPI trained ideal but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - good IT proficiency
The Department
Currently a small outgoing friendly team with two licensed insolvency practitioners ready for growth On the job training Full study support towards CPI and JIEB qualification
